How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 6PM PST everyday. All packages will ship out Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

If I live on the East/West Coast, how long will it take for my order to get here ?

If you live on the West Coast, expect orders to come in 2-3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and carrier delays.

My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?

We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different PO box or mailbox. More often than not, this seems to be the case. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email info@summerspalaceco.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package. Summers Palace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Do you guys offer overnight shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping speeds and costs will be displayed before completing your purchase.
